How often do you get new puppies in the store?
New puppies arrive every two weeks, usually on Tuesday nights. We hold all new puppies for 5 days. So after they arrive, they cannot go home with a new family until 5 days later. The number of new puppies we get in varies each of the weeks.

What do you do with the new puppies that come in?
When puppies first get in, they’re bathed and we hold them off for a while before we place them in the pens. New puppies are nervous and not used to our store yet. So, we want to get them used to this new environment. New puppies are usually placed in the same pen together as well. They might not be as playful or interactive at first because they’re still getting used to things (just like anyone in a new environment), but don’t worry, they will come around!

Is there a way we can know what breeds will arrive in the future?
We always have a list out in all of our stores of upcoming arrivals. The lists usually go up to 1 ½ months in advance, listing the breed, sex and color of the puppy and which store it will be going to.
