Is there anyway I can buy a puppy before it even arrives in the store?
All Pets Club has something called “First Pick” which is when a customer can basically claim a new puppy before it arrives by making a deposit on it. The customer can choose which pup they’re interested in off of our upcoming puppy lists. The deposit is $50 and 100% transferrable to the cost of the puppy or refundable. This way, our customers can ensure that these new puppies are on hold just for them.
I already have dogs at home and I’m worried that they won’t get along with a new puppy. What can I do about this?
You can bring your dogs into All Pets Club and see how they interact with the puppy you have your eye on. Remember, your dog may not be used to the store’s environment and the new puppy may be nervous, so they may not be acting completely normal. These things can take some getting used to.
What happens when a customer buys a new puppy from the store? Will customers get information on what they need for that puppy?
When we sell you a new puppy, we will walk with you throughout the store to make sure you have everything you and your new puppy needs. We’ll make sure you have the right supplies for the breed and age of the puppy and walk with you all the way up to the register.
